With over 1,500 industry participants, including 65% insurers and 85% senior decision-makers, the event enabled deep, strategic engagement across the insurance value chain.

Enabling the Next-Gen Insurance Ecosystem

Through panel discussions and the InsurTech Showcase, we examined how emerging technologies are redefining insurance operations and customer engagement. A strong focus was placed on:

• Cloud-native, API-first platforms for scalability and agility
• Agentic AI driving intelligent decision-making and automation
• A2A interoperability enabling ecosystem collaboration
• AP2 protocols supporting secure, future-ready integrations

These capabilities are accelerating the shift toward connected, data-driven, and customer-centric insurance ecosystems.
